Blood Sugar Workshop

If you've experienced symptoms like brain fog, low energy, overweight, feeling “hangry”, having sugar cravings, poor circulation, blood pressure problems, or hormonal symptoms, blood sugar may be to blame. 

This presentation is a deep dive into understanding insulin resistance, diabetes, blood sugar and how it affects health. By the end of the event, you will know your risk and where you stand, have a better understanding of the potential consequences of unbalanced blood sugar for yourself & loved ones, and leave with tools & proactive options to improve (or maintain!) your health.

Prior to the event, each participant will have a fasting blood test at Quest Diagnostics. Lab orders for the fasting blood draw are provided after event registration. Lab results will be given to each participant at the event. During the presentation, Dr. Kubovy will teach you how to interpret your results & provide proactive options to improve or manage your blood sugar.
